I'm fortunate to live in a thriving improvisation community. Currently I rehearse and perform with the brand new improv group Rosa Parks Improv. I also spent five years with the Impromaniacs of Victoria, BC. Please click on the images below for more info!

Rosa Parks Improv is a Vancouver-based collection of improvisers who explore and exploit the wonderful flexibility of the free form long form as often and as rigorously as is humanly possible. That they are all women is intentional but entirely beside the point.

In their 18th year of performing, the Impromaniacs are Victoria's longest surviving improvisation company. Diversity of thought and expression are crucial to the presentation of improvisational theatre, and the company encourages people of all classes, genders, religions and ethnicities to participate and exists in an attitude of openness. Plus they're really funny and great storytellers
